Thanks to Bitstrips, you are
probably seeing cartoon of your friends all over Facebook. The app
allows you to design cartoon of yourself and your friends. There are
hundreds of situations to choose from; you’re likely to find one that
fits your mood and share your feelings through a comic strip.
Download Bitstrip and login via Facebook. Currently, you cannot login any other way.
It’s time to create a cartoon of yourself (we love this part!). Bitstrips provides plenty of choices to ensure that your avatar look as close to your real self as possible. You’re allow to customise you face shape, skin tone, eye, eyelashes and every other part of your face. You can also choose your hair colour, outfit, built and height!
Once your avatar is ready, you can create your first comic! You can choose a Status Comic (which features only yourself), a Friend Comic (which features you and another friend) or Greeting Cards (which comics revolve around occasions like birthdays and thank yous).
You can select the type of comic base on your mood (good, weird, mad, etc), situations (holidays, work, school, etc) or announcement (good news, dislikes, invitations)
We like the social part of Bitstrip! You can choose Facebook friends who has already created an avatar to co-star in your comic. Here’s Sara and Rafidah (Feeduh), the editor and fashion writer being funny with each other.
Now you can greet your friends through comics create of them. You can choose from congratulations, wedding, anniversary, baby, thanks, apologies, get well soon. There is also choices for holidays such as new years, valentine’s day, halloween and Christmas.Whether you want to wish someone on her happy birthday or express happiness in a piece of shocking news, you can probably find it in Bitstrip!
Good things are meant to be shared. After creating your comics, you can choose to upload it onto your Facebook. It’ll appear on your friends newsfeed.
There are also plenty of pre-made comic strips that makes no sense but is absolutely hilarious. We’ve played around with the app and made a step-by-step tutorial for you.
